Setting Monitor1/2 for XFCE?

I have two monitors and most windows default to open on the left monitor, as this is "Monitor 1" according to XFCE Panel Preferences.
However if I check the display settings then the right monitor is "Display 1" and set as primary. This is confirmed by clicking "Identify displays" as it shows "Display 1" on the right monitor.

I'm using nvidia driver and set up an extended desktop using the Nvidia X Server Settings.

My question is how do I set XFCE to see the right monitor as "Monitor 1" since it's my primary and main monitor?
