Background Buzz with Xonar Essence STX

I've been running Arch on this rig for quite some time, but I recently bought a new hard drive. After installing Arch fresh on the drive, I'm getting a constant faint buzzing sound out of my audio.

The problem does not occur when I boot on my other Arch install, and it also does not occur when I boot into Windows.
I've tried changing the sampling rate in PulseAudio and disabling my microphone, but neither strategy has removed the buzz.

Quick update, after suspend and resume the audio buzz is gone. However it manifests on a clean boot.
