bad pdf rendering on hidpi screen

I have a problem with pdf rendering with my hidpi screen. In the screenshot you can see the same pdf opened in chrome (left) and okular (right). What KDE setting should I set to have a good looking pdf?

What have you tried? There is a Wiki article on HiDPI screens that offer some general suggestions. Start there.
