pgadmin4 doesnt work

I have fresh instal of Arch Linux and pgadmin4 (1.5-3).

When i run 'pgadmin4' in console i get:

$ pgadmin4 
Operation is not supported
Python interpreter:  "/usr/lib/pgadmin4/venv/bin/python"

NOTE: Configuring authentication for DESKTOP mode.

But after long loading i have message: "The application server could not be contacted." and pgadmin4 doesnt work.

Any ideas why?
