[SOLVED] KDE Partition Manager can not acquire root permissions

I ran into strange issue on a fresh install. Running partitionmanager requests admin password as one would expect.

Entering invalid password properly recognizes that password is wrong and entering right password starts application. So far so good.

However after i make changes to partitions, say set a label to any partition, applying changes greets me with following error:

Any idea why that could be?
