Failed to Pair Logitech MX Master via Bluetooth

Hi,

I cant use my Logitech MX Master Bluetooth LE Mouse anymore.
It worked fine for quite some time, until there was a bug that let the mouse freeze every 3 minutes.
So i started to use the USB Dongle. I tried several times to reconnect the mouse via bluetooth, but I still get the same error.

I´ve already read the wikipage for the mxmaster.
Tried:

[NEW] Controller E4:A4:71:AE:8F:xx beast [default]
[NEW] Device F9:2F:49:CB:F7:xx MX Master
[NEW] Device D7:60:0F:0D:A8:xx MI Band 2
[NEW] Device 38:01:95:D4:99:xx [TV] UE55J6250
[NEW] Device C0:EE:FB:xx:xx:xx OnePlus3
[NEW] Device 04:52:C7:7C:xx:xx Bose Quietcomfort 35
Agent registered
[bluetooth]# agent-on
Invalid command
[bluetooth]# trust F9:2F:49:CB:F7:xx
Changing F9:2F:49:CB:F7:xx trust succeeded
[bluetooth]# pair F9:2F:49:CB:F7:xx
Attempting to pair with F9:2F:49:CB:F7:xx
Failed to pair: org.bluez.Error.AuthenticationRejected
[bluetooth]#

I used "hcitool lescan" as described on the wikipage.
If i use the gui bluetooth-tool, same error appears.

Does anyone have an idea what i could try?

Thank you!

Re: Failed to Pair Logitech MX Master via Bluetooth

Same issue here...  I'm on 4.13.12-1-ARCH, though.

Used to work now it has stopped.  I bet it has to do something with logging in to Windows and using it there.

I'd love to know what kind of logs would be useful for someone to help out...

Re: Failed to Pair Logitech MX Master via Bluetooth

What Bluetooth adapter do you have?  I've had similar issues recently with an Intel 8265 dual-band wifi/bluetooth module on my Thinkpad.  It turned out to need a firmware update.  Check the output of dmesg.  Similar bluetooth issues have recently been reported on this adapter here https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=232079 and here https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=231119
