Hi,
I have two machines, laptop and desktop, both have same cmake version of 3.8.2 and make version of 4.2.1, same kernel 4.9.36-1-lts and same export/alias output. Environment variables are same as well.
There is a project for cmake. On laptop and on desktop running cmake on clean project downloaded from GIT produces 100% same Makefiles in all subfolders.
Running "make -j" results in parallel build with 100% load on every core. Running the same command on desktop (10cores/20threads 3GHz, 32Gb RAM, SSD...) results in compilling one file in a time. Commands "make -j20", "make -j10", "make -j -l", "make -j20 -l" produces the same effect of compilling max one file in a time.
What can cause such behaviour?
Also i have MAKEFLAGS="-j20" set in makepkg.conf, but all yaourt builds are also single threaded on desktop machine.
