Lenovo 3000 V100 Runs fine.
It has Intel chipset, Intel Graphics, Intel 3945 Wireless so I guess its not big suprise. Also Ricoh MMC reader works and Webcam light suddenly lit up after some kernel upgrade O_O, soundchip is Realtek ALC883, it had some problems but it works fine. Havent tested bluetooth or fingerprint reader.

Toshiba Satellite - L40 - 15W works great with Arch linux.
To get hibernate and suspend to work together with the integrated USB wireless card, you have to rmmod rtl8187 before hibernate and suspend, and then modprobe it again afterwards. (Make a simple script in /etc/pm/sleep.d/ )
To get the FnKeys to work with volume up/down/mute ACPI have to be running. (FnKey to hibernate and suspend works without).
(I don't want acpi running so I just configured my favorite window manager to interact with aumix, by pressing WindowsKey + UP/DOWN key)

Asus G1Sn can't install Nvidia driver if 3Gb (or 4gb according to what I read on other sites) of ram installed, this is because of this problem: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=113682
The webcam is mounted upside down.

Just install Arch on my Eee 701. It's so much nicer than te defult Xandros install.

Installed on my HP Pavillion 6319eu.
Turion dual core 64 bits, 2 GB Ram, Nvidia GeoForce 7200Go, 160 GB Hd, Integrated Web cam.
all is running fine(included suspend to ram and hybernate), the only thing to take in account is to use the nvidia 180.53 drivers, that fixes some memory corruption problems on 6000 and 7000 Go series.

Arch32 - Samsung NC10 - 2 GB Ram

I'm running on Zepto "orion a15" 2GHz intel dual core, 2G ram
Everything works fine. In the biginning the acpi functions did not work, it wouldn't hibernate, turn off the screen or even power off, but that was solved after som upgrades.
The wireless card (ralink) works well, once i found the right driver, rt2860sta. Bluetooth too. It has a hdmi output which also works fine.
The only thing miss now is ability to suspend to ram, but i can hibernate to disk
otherwise nice computer:)

Did a fresh installation of Arch on my Lenovo R61 ThinkPad, few weeks back.
Wireless : AR5212 chip set works flawlessly with Ath5k and wicd. Back in late 2008 I had lot of troubles with wireless as it was dead slow.
ThinkPad Hot keys : Works fine with no extra configurations.
Sound : ALSA works fine. You might have to adjust the PCM volume (in alsamixer) to a level such that gain is 0 in order to get the best sound quality
Enjoy!
Cheers,
Jayanath

Lenovo N 500. Everything worked just fine, except for the multimedia keys. I've never bothered to enable those.

Third-generation MacBook with Arch64. A lot of stuff didn't work at first (silly Apple...), but once you fix it, smooth running all the way.

Dell Precision M4400 runs Arch64 great other than a mild glitching with the touchpad which occurs every couple of hours or so, as well as not responding to configuration of the scroll areas. Suspend to RAM works with default configuration perfectly. The NVIDIA QuadroFX M770 works with the NVIDIA drivers well, complete with 3D through Wine. VLC won't play DVDs worth crap because of drive spindown, but SMPlayer will after increasing the DVD cache to 2000 KB and disabling drawing video by slices. CPUFrequency scaling works, as well as manipulating the brightness via the keyboard. The fan automatically kicks in when the laptop gets hot, mostly if it's on a bed, or other thermal-absorbing nightmare substance.

Compal HGL30
Everything (that I have tried) works
- touchpad is a pain to get working, but it can be done
- haven't tried setting up the built-in webcam, fingerprint reader, or Trusted Platform Module; they may or may not work, but I don't use them anyway

Yhea, one of the cheapest on the market, but Im poor! Quite a good trooper though, good spec, and is quite rugged.
No propriety drivers/software needed and the install was painless. Unless you try the Compiz fusion route. I wanted to test drive it, but still have not managed to get it up and running. Truth be told I prefer fluxbox, so no problems really
Oh, alsa totally fails on this though. Unless you are content with the absolute basic functionality. But thats what oss is for.
