[SOLVED] Why no python3 numpy package?

I work with a ton of users that use numpy, and only just now noticed that there is no python3-numpy package in either the Arch repo or the AUR.  There is a python2-numpy in the official repos.  Given that Arch is a cutting edge distro (which ships by default with python3 rather than python2!) this seems rather surprising.  Anyone know why this is?

https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extr … hon-numpy/

Arch defaults to python 3 for "python". (Also pay attention to the provides lines on that package)

Not an AUR issue, moving to NC.

Good grief; my bad.  Thanks for pointing that out.
