DELL XPS 13: Core temperature above threshold

I just got a brand new DELL XPS 13 (9370) and was really excited to install my favourite Linux distribution. Unfortunately a couple of problems with this setup are spoiling my joy (Bluetooth, Dockingstation, ...). This here is the most urgent I'd say:

Whenever I run some specs or do something "heavier" this is how my dmesg looks:
