Kdenlive not using all cores during render, but (aur)shotcut-bin does.

Kdenlive doesnt seem to be using all cores during a render of a h.264 / mp4 video. One core is maxed out at 100%, while all the other ones show some but not heavy activity. Compare this to shotcut-bin from the aur, which seems to use all cores very well during the same type of render.  Also, forcing multithreading in kdenlive via mlt profile didn't work.

Seems like this should have been posted on twitter. Or is there some question that I don't see?

He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife.
