Logitech G933 headset not recognized / sound not working

So I can't seem to get these to work. As you may know you can use them wired or wireless. When I use the wireless receiver the headset is recognized, I can see it in alsamixer and pavucontrol, and I can see both the microphone and the audio working, but I can't hear anything. When I use the wired USB-C to USB cable to plug them in, they don't get recognized at all. What can I do to solve this?

USB on those headphones is only for charging.
If you don't want to use the wireless receiver, you have to use the 3.5mm cable.
