I put them in .fonts in my home directory. This happened after pacman updating my laptop, but the problem did not occur on my desktop.
Any way to fix this other than copying the fonts from /usr/share/fonts to .fonts (which works but I'd like to fix this for other reasons)? Thanks for any help.
