Hi all.
I've just installed Chrome on a new Arch install with yaourt. Have tried installing/removing flashplugin and pepper-flash. For some reason, Flash just will not work for me (worked fine in Linux Mint).
I get this message where Flash is trying to load:
Restart Chrome to enable Adobe Flash Player
Unfortunately, I require the site that this is happening on for work. I would move to Chromium but all my browser settings, passwords, bookmarks etc. are saved in Chrome and don't know how to move them over to Chromium.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Yea I read that. It says that with Chrome, flash is automatically installed.
But it's not working out of the box. So either I've done something wrong, or it's a known issue which is why I'm asking.

If you're logged into a google account, everything will sync to Chromium just the same way it syncs to a new Chrome installation.

It also says to make sure it is enabled.

In the end, I took your advice and switched to Chromium. Works fine.
But the Chrome + flash issue is unsolved for now. Can't find a fix for it.

Chrome disables flash by default. You can re-enable it in Chrome's settings. One of many links: https://www.digitaltrends.com/web/chrom … ash-block/
