Where does systemd present "Description=" fields from *.network units?

Generally, systemd unit files can contain a field

Description="Some useful string"

(described in man systemd.unit) which is shown when one does systemctl list-units.

But *.network files don't show when you list-units since they themselves are parsed by systemd-networkd.service, and all man systemd.network says is "A description of the device. This is only used for presentation purposes."

Does anyone know where this is presented?

Edit This question applies to *.netdev unit files as well.
