Q4Wine - how to set higher priority automatically (nice, ionice)?

Hallo,
i want to automatically raise Wine/Winamp priority (nice, ionice). Q4Wine has a 'nice' option in application setting but its limited to >=0 so i looked at doing a 'post-run' script but i'm not sure how to determine the correct PIDs or which Wine processes should be raised at all (wineserver? Winamp.exe?). I just want to double click *.mp3 files in Thunar to get a nice/ionice modified Wine. No manual shell commands every time i start Wine.

How can i do this?
