Audio not working on Fresh Install - Dummy Output

Hello, I can't get my Audio to work on a fresh install.

Just figured out that if I connect my headphones to the rear entrance, they start working and I can just unplug them and plug them into the front entrance.

Even after unplugging them and plugging them to the front entrance, they show as unplugged but they work.

Your device was set to off for some reason, should that happen again, check in pavucontrol's configuration tab to make sure you choose an appropriate profile.

Thanks for your answer. But even on pavucontrol it doesn't show any device unless I connect my headphones to the rear jack before using anything else.
So it doesn't really solve it for me....
I need a way for pulseaudio to acknowledge that my front jack works...
Even when I plug my headphones on the front jack after plugging them on the rear one it shows as unplugged....

As mentioned, go to the configuration , and select Analog Stereo Duplex profile, or is that greyed out? Alternatively run 

pacmd set-card-profile alsa_card.pci-0000_00_1f.3 output:analog-stereo+input:analog-stereo

This should stick. If it doesn't, can you post 

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
amixer -c0
dmesg | grep -E 'snd|HDA'

Obs.: All those outputs were given when my front jack was working (eventhough marked as unplugged) because I booted my PC with my headphones connected on the rear jack.

Ah sorry correct command should be 

pacmd set-card-profile alsa_card.pci-0000_00_1f.3 output:analog-stereo+input:analog-stereo

Those other outputs look alright so far.
