[FIXED] Hebrew fonts stopped working in the terminal

Hi!

I've installed Arch Linux many times in the past. My installation includes i3wm, Polybar and Termite.

Every time, after installing Termite, I like to set its font to Misc Fixed and it works just fine. Hebrew characters display as well.

In my latest installation, however, Hebrew no longer works with Misc Fixed, or, in fact, with any other fonts.
I've tried other terminals (not with Misc Fixed, though), such as rxvt-unicode, mlterm and xterm.
The only terminal that was able to display Hebrew characters (they were reversed, but hey, at least they were there) is uxterm.

The only thing that I did differently in this installation is that I used GRUB instead of systemd-boot.

Does anyone know what has changed, and how I can get Hebrew to display again?

Also, if, by any chance, you know how to display Hebrew characters in the default console tty interface, please let me know. It really isn't as urgent as the above-mentioned problem though.

Edit: Fixed it by adding LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 to /etc/rc.conf
