Using Bluetooth by Dual-Boot Windows (Works on Shutdown, not Reboot)

I am currently dual-booting Arch Linux and Windows, and I wanted to e able to use my bluetooth headphones on both OSs. What I did to do achieve this is using the Windows registry editor, and copying the key for my headphones to Linux.
The headphone works perfectly fine... in certain cases.

If I have my headphones connected on Linux and I if I restart into Windows, the option for connecting via bluetooth is nonexistent. It's like the bluetooth module in the computer does not even exist. This even happens when I have my headphones connected to Windows and then restart to Linux. What happens is that whenever I open my bluetooth-manager (blueman) it does some weird stuff, but again it seems like the bluetooth module does not even exist at all.

A workaround that I did is that instead of restarting my system I shutdown. Then, connecting via bluetooth works perfectly fine.

This issue never happened to me when I was using Linux - Linux, could this be how bluetooth is managed Windows or Linux.

How can I make it so that I don't have to always shutdown my computer in order to make bluetooth work?

Thanks for any help!

Potentially a firmware issue because it doesn't properly reset the hardware, try to update your UEFI/BIOS

Hm, that could be possibly the case... I currently have a Zenbook UX330UA, and I have UEFI on it... How would I update that?

Thank you!

There should be a Windows BIOS update utility on the ASUS website.

Hm, I tried manually flashing the firmware using the BIOS, and seems to keep failing saying messages like "Not proper UEFI BIOS" or "not a UEFI BIOS" or something similar to that...
The Utility I believe are referring to is Winflash, and that does not work on my system.

Not sure where to get help about this, do you have any ideas?

That isn't an Arch issue, it's an ASUS issue...

If your EFI/BIOS has Fast Boot turned on, you might try turning that off.

Alrighty, I'll try doing that... but for now I think I want to figure out how to flash this firmware...

Re: Using Bluetooth by Dual-Boot Windows (Works on Shutdown, not Reboot)

Alright, I was able to successfully flash my firmware, but the it did not seem to work... Now I will try to turn off Fast Boot...

EDIT:
I have turned off Fast Boot, and none of situations changed, I don't think this can problem can be solved...
Thank you for helping me though!
