Hello,
Starting from 4.11 kernel my EZbook 3 Pro started to freeze (completely). It happens often while I am using firefox.
Do someone knows how to fix it?
Here is a log from journalctl: https://pastebin.com/CFy425gg
CPU/GPU: Apollo Lake N3450
UXA is enabled, i915.enable_rc6=0 is included to the boot parameters, hwaccel in fx is unchecked.
Of course /sys/class/drm/card0/error is empty because of hard reset.
Best regards,
Viktar

Sep 04 16:23:49 jmpbook kernel: [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack, including userspace. Sep 04 16:23:49 jmpbook kernel: [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM/Intel Sep 04 16:23:49 jmpbook kernel: [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if it's not a kernel issue. Sep 04 16:23:49 jmpbook kernel: [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so please always attach it. Sep 04 16:23:49 jmpbook kernel: [drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
Moving to NC...

Adding i915.preliminary_hw_support=1 to the boot parameters does not work:
dmesg: "[ 2.772802] i915: unknown parameter 'preliminary_hw_support' ignored"
