As of today, 5 september 2017, the 32bit nvidia-utils 384.59-1 is out of sync with the latest 64bit version of nvidia-utils 384.69-1
This will lead to "steam" not starting due to breakpad exeption. To fix this, manually download and install the nvidia-utils 384.69-1 from the testing repo.
Update: On 6 september 2017, the above 32- and 64 bit packages are in sync again, and there is no longer a problem!
