Virtualbox Display Buggy

Hi all

Fairly new to arch, installing in virtualbox on a macbook pro, till i get more comfortable with it to install directly.  In virtualbox the entire screen is slow and flickers etc.  I installed the guest additions and loaded the modules etc and rebooted still nothing.  I tried the dkms and modules-arch guest additions but no luck.

I have read around a little but doesnt seem to be a direct answer to the problem.

Here is my 'glxinfo | grep OpenGL' output:

OpenGL vendor string: VMware, Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: llvmpipe (LLVM 4.0, 256 bits)
OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 17.2.0
OpenGL core profile shading language version string: 3.30
OpenGL core profile context flags: (none)
OpenGL core profile profile mask: core profile
OpenGL core profile extensions:
OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 17.2.0
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.30
OpenGL context flags: (none)
OpenGL extensions:
OpenGL ES profile version string: OpenGL ES 3.0 Mesa 17.2.0
OpenGL ES profile shading language version string: OpenGL ES GLSL ES 3.00
OpenGL ES profile extensions:

Thanks

Re: Virtualbox Display Buggy

Found the issue, apparently its not just arch, but it's most distros with Wayland and using virtualbox, logged in using gnome on xorg and it fixed problem. Just for anyone else who needs this.
