[SOLVED] bumblebee discrete graphics card always on

Everything used to be fine since i fresh installed arch. But after i tried some DKMS and turned back and re-installed bumblebee, the discrete card doesn't turn off now.

optirun --status
-------------------
Bumblebee status: Ready (3.2.1). X inactive. Discrete video card is likely on.

lsmod | grep nvidia
-----------------
nvidia_modeset 835584 0
nvidia 12910592 4 nvidia_modeset

I've seen some of the discussion say that it can be x11 who's using discrete card. Though I don't have an xorg.conf, I found this in the KDE bumblebee widget:

Process
    process id:xxx
        Type:G
        Name:/usr/lib/xorg-server/Xorg
        Memory used:4MiB

So how can I force X11 to use the intel graphics? I'm running on an Lennovo gaming laptop with GTX960M and i7-4720HQ

update 20170918:

I just realized that i have no /proc/acpi/call or /proc/acpi/bbswitch in my system. So I re-installed bbswitch an acpi-call, and found bbswitch there. Then I added /etc/modules_load.d/bbswitch.conf and /etc/modprobe.d/bbswitch.conf, and changed PMmethod from auto to bbswtich. Anyways, after an reboot, it works.
