BIOS OC doesnt stick - Ryzen 1700 + MSI Mate B350 [SOLVED]

Hello,

I've overclocked my ryzen 1700 in the B350 Mate BIOS to 3.5Ghz.
When I boot, arch shows it at 1.55, boosted up to 3.0 (which is stock).
AMD cool'n'quiet is enabled, all the rest of the options are on AUTO.

I've tried changing the max OC with cpupower, but no luck. It doesn't let me set it higher than 3.0.
I've also tried changing the scaling governor, the performance one keeps it at 3.0, ondemand lets me set the frequency, but only within 1.55-3.0 range.

What can I try next?
Anyone else with similar problems?

MSI released a new BIOS, not only did they fix the overclock (it OCs automatically after you set it up in BIOS), the ram compatibility was also fixed.
