use netbook as bluetooth sink

hi

I have a bluetooth transmitter TT-BA07 Taotronics. I am able to connect speakers (JBL Go) to it. It seems to work fine.

So now I want to listen or record and even stream that source in archlinux.
I have found this on the wiki. It seems to be a matter of adding 2 lines.

But this won't work here. Even after a restart to be sure. I use the bluetooth dialog setup on bugdie desktop but the same happen on the command line.

When I set the transmitter in pair mode, it is never seen by archlinux.

I wonder if it's the transmitter that is broken (but why does it work with speaker) or if it's the archlinux config ? or the hardware of my netbook HP Stream 11 ?
