bits of xfce4 "missing"

Ok, probably not, but I can't seem to find them.  I'd like to have the free space checker panel app, and also a seperate taskbar (I like to have the tasbar autohide at the top of my screen).  The free space checker is the green box, which I guess is supposed to be a hard drive.

What repo?  what package?  anybody know?

Thanks.

Re: bits of xfce4 "missing"

Try:
pacman -S xfce4 xfce4-goodies
It'll install all the xfce4 stuff. Perhaps it's in there.

Re: bits of xfce4 "missing"

sure enough.  a bunch of stuff was already installed and up to date, but some things were not.  I got the free space checker, but still cannot separate the taskbar from the panel.

On a side note, I would like to thank you for answering a pretty obvious question.  The Arch community in general seems to be very obvious question tolerant.  I guess reeeaaaallly stupid questions should not be encouraged, but it's nice to know you can get away with one every now and then. :-)

Re: bits of xfce4 "missing"

About seperating the taskbar from the panel, did you look in the control panel?  There might just be an option for that. I can't give you more details (I don't use xfce4).

If it's really a seperate app that does that, it might not be in the official repo. You could also do a search in AUR: http://aur.archlinux.org/
