Minimal Arch Linux Docker image without systemd

Hello,

I was wondering if one of you have already heard of a minimal Docker image of Arch Linux but without the systemd binaries: as we're not supose to run daemons, it does not make sens having it in the image.

I know that this image can be a good entry point, but such an image may already exists, so I'm asking smile

Cheers,
Radium.

Re: Minimal Arch Linux Docker image without systemd

Systemd is part of arch... has been for a while.  Seek an arch fork like artix for something without systemd, but mind the forum rules here and don't seek support for it.

Re: Minimal Arch Linux Docker image without systemd

I totally get that systemd is a part of Arch and I have no rant about that at all smile I was just wondering if you think that's it's possible to get rid of these particular packages in order to obtain a lighter Docker image, as they are not releveant in this particular case.

I'll take a look at Artix, thanks for the link!
