[SOLVED] NetworkManager/Wpa_supplicant delaying shutdown

I installed arch on my Lenovo ideapad 510s and the problem is that when
I try to reboot or shut down it shows "a stop is running for WPA
Supplicant/ NetworkManager", waiting for about 5 minutes before shutting
down. When the job stops it shows that "watchdog did not stop" and then
nothing happens anymore. The shutdown process seems to be complete,
since systemd outputs "reached target shutdown", but it just stays llike
that.
I tried using "echo 0 > /proc/sys/kernel//hung_task_timeout_secs",
reinstalling watchdog and inserting DefaultTimeoutStartSec=5s &
DefaultTimeoutStopSec=5s in /etc/systemd/system.conf.

My Wireless Card is a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Network
Adapter (rev 31) (According to lspci).

Any help would be appreciated, since im all out of ideas...

It is advised to follow the How to post guide when posting on the Arch forum. If one consciously jumps over these elementary steps like reading the wiki and providing necessary information about the problem, one can be regarded as a Help Vampire.
