QCA6174 rev 20 wifi slow speed

Hi
I've installed Arch on my new Aspire V Nitro with a QCA6174 rev 20 wifi card.

Unfortunately the speed won't rise above 10kb/s.
It's not because of the wifi router, because it works on other (linux) computers.

I've already tried to use other firmware version like https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware with no success :(

The firmware isn't only very slow, it sometimes crash:
