importing contacts into evolution

I've come across from gentoo to arch and I'm trying to import my addressbooks into evolution. The problem I'm having is that when I chose to import a single file from the evolution menu the forward button and the drop down to chose the file type are disabled.

Do I need to install any additional packages to get evolution to allow imports or is there something else I'm missing?
