Permaqnent renice

Hi

I wonder it is possible to permenently renice user processes?
Normal users have default of 0 and root has -20.
I'm running desktop compuiter so i dont have to menage resources between users.
When i run as root
renice -15 -u username
i see performance increase(responisvity and such) which isnt suprising
but i must do it every time i reboot my comp ,su-ing into root and make above command.
What i want is to change(renice) priority of all processes of definied user permenently.
thanks for advices

Check out /etc/security/limits.conf, iirc it should have what you're looking for.
