Gnome-session won't detect wacom tablet but it works normally

Go gnome-setting >> devices >> wacom tablet 
It told me No tablet detected and No stylus found

[!!!!!!@!!!!!!]$ xsetwacom --list devices
Wacom HID 4822 Pen stylus           id: 11    type: STYLUS   
Wacom HID 4822 Finger touch         id: 12    type: TOUCH     
Wacom HID 4822 Pen eraser           id: 18    type: ERASER   

I was looking for all kinds of configuration file but nothing found .

gnome can detect it in debain or ubuntu successfully
I just want to know why it won't work on Arch Linux .

Any ideas ?
