SDDM and monitor rate

Hi all,
I'm having some problem with SDDM, I guess. Symptoms are the following:
1) My new large screen (Dell U3417) is working during the boot, but when SDDM starts something goes wrong and I receive the message "the current input timing is not supported by the monitor", and it remains black.
2) A workaround is every time to switch console (`ctrl alt f2`) and restart SDDM:

systemctl restart sddm

Then the login screen appear without problem and I can work my my pc.

I tried to fix the problem by appendig

xrandr --output DP3 --mode 3440x1440 --rate 59.97

to

/usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xsetup

but nothing has changed.

How can I solve this problem?
