Hello,
I am facing trouble configuring hibernation properly.
All prerequisites are done:
- HOOKS
- resume device to cmdline
I am using LVM on a LUKS encrypted device. SWAP is also LV in same VG.
Followed the debugging guide here: https://01.org/blogs/rzhang/2015/best-p … ate-issues, but cannot pin point the problem.
Here is a screenshot at the time of freeze:
https://postimg.org/image/ph5dvly3r/, caps locks starts blinking and no more boot progress...
Looks like system is hibernting correctly and during resume is able to find the image and restore it, but it is getting stuck at latter point.
BR,
dpetrov

I am still stuck with this hibernation issue.
If anyone has a pointer, please feel free to comment.

I've same issue on some recent Intel laptops.
For me solved adding intel_lpss_pci to MODULES array in mkinitcpio.conf.
If not help, try boot/resume/hibernate with nolapic option in kernel cmdline and check dmesg for any module errors.
