I've installed Arch + LXDE on a VirtualBox machine, no big issues but resolution is weird. Here is two images one is from Arch installation and the other from Debian for comparrison.
Arch + LXDE
I've already installed virtualbox-host-modules-arch virtualbox-guest-utils but no changes, I'm missing some package or configuration ?
Any clue ?

Please convert these to thumbnails or urls instead of full sized pictures.
What have you done to determine your current resolution? What information do you get from xrandr? That said this looks more like a font issue to me, which fonts do you have installed and configured

Yeah, definitely it looks like a font problem, and didn't installed /configured any font yet, should I ? I thought LXDE came with batteries / fonts included

How did you install LXDE? You can check the file list for the package(s) you installed to see if there are fonts included. If you installed the lxde package, I don't see fonts in the package.
Generally speaking, Arch is not a "batteries included" distro. Most people like it this way.
