Disable Ctrl+Shift+E on gnome

I am using gnome 3.26.2 and x11.

Recently Ctrl+Shift+E started acting as a compose-unicode key. (Similar to ctrl+shift+u)
How can I disable this behavior?
How can I disable this ctrl+shift+u as well?
