Need help finding driver for Epson XP-240 Series printer

I already looked all over the internet for this driver and I didn't find it for Arch Linux.
I also tried installing the RPM driver following the instruction found on this wiki link: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CU … c_problems but it also didn't work when I tried adding my printer on Gnome settings...
The message I'm getting when I try to add my network printer is:

Failed to add new printer| Additional printer drivers required

Note that I already have CUPS properly installed and its service started and enabled.
I found a lot of Epson printer drivers on the AUR maintained by Misery but I didn't find the driver for XP-240 among them.

Any help is appreciated.

Re: Need help finding driver for Epson XP-240 Series printer

According to openprinting, the recommended driver is https://www.openprinting.org/driver/epson-201204w.

I'm successfully using aur/epson-inkjet-printer-escpr with a XP-405. There's a problem where the spooling takes a lot longer than normal when printing, but it works. Try it out. The driver I named will compile from source. I don't think there's a much better alternative; Epson support sucks on Linux.
