I have been trying to install the `cockpit` package from the AUR recently. And at the part in which it needs to install it's dependency `python2-pyscss` it seems to fail to download the .tar.gz file
==> ERROR: Failure while downloading http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/p/pyScss/pyScss-1.3.4.tar.gz
Aborting...
==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build python2-pyscss.
Yet when I go to the the url to the .tar.gz file in a web browser, it downloads just fine; therefore it is not a problem with the package, but a problem with yaourt... I guess.

To start with, read the AUR wiki page. Yaourt has nothing to do with this part.
Second, post the actual error. It happened before what you posted.
