Microsoft Sculpt Comfort bluetooth mouse doesn't connect after pairing

So I bought this mouse thinking that it wouldn't need to have any additional windows-based software to run and it looks like I was wrong.

I'm using bluez 5.47-3 and default main bluetooth config.

Here's what happens with systemd bluetooth service:

bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: active (running) since Sun 2017-12-10 19:03:16 UTC; 20min ago
     Docs: man:bluetoothd(8)
 Main PID: 1495 (bluetoothd)
   Status: "Running"
    Tasks: 1 (limit: 4915)
   CGroup: /system.slice/bluetooth.service
           └─1495 /usr/lib/bluetooth/bluetoothd

The mouse flashes after it is turned on, so it is in pairing mode. What am I doing wrong? Maybe it needs some password to connect?
Please help guys, really don't wanna RMA a new mouse.

P.S. bluez-firmware and bluez-hid2hci are in place:

extra/bluez-firmware 1.2-8
Firmwares for Broadcom BCM203x and STLC2300 Bluetooth chips
extra/bluez-hid2hci 5.47-3 [installed]
Put HID proxying bluetooth HCI's into HCI mode

And I use ALSA instead of Pulseaudio.
