So I've installed kernel26beyond on my laptop so I can use suspend2, and fantastic, it works! One problem though, my laptop really hates (and I mean really) vesa-tng, so is there a way to force the kernel to use the old style vesa framebuffer instead of vesa-tng?
Cheers,
Chris

The choice of the fb is necessarily fixed in a binary kernel.
However, it is so easy to configure and compile the kernel on your own through abs that this should not regarded as an issue.

I've only just installed Arch Linux (about 4 hours ago), so I am yet to look at ABS (I quite like the look of it, given my Gentoo background), but cheers for the pointer
