TinkPad t570 batteries not charging completely

I'm not sure why but arch is not properly charging both batteries on my t570. it says fully charged but as you can see from the screenshot they are not fully charged.
I looked at both the power management article and the article for this laptop on the wiki but none said anything about fixing similar issues   so I'm asking here to see if some has an idea of where to start looking to fix that issue. thanks

Re: TinkPad t570 batteries not charging completely

Is it a new battery? The battery capacity degrades with time. Depending on which number is assumed as 100% the display differs. 91% of original capacity might be 100% of current maximium capacity.

head -v /sys/class/power_supply/BAT*/energy*

Here energy_full should equal energy_now for a full charge. energy_full_design is the original capacity of the battery.

this is the output of that command

==> /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/energy_full <==
30870000

==> /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/energy_full_design <==
32030000

==> /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/energy_now <==
29550000

==> /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/energy_full <==
68160000

==> /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/energy_full_design <==
71100000

==> /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/energy_now <==
