trouble doing pacstrap /mnt base

I'm using the latest live cd and I'm having issues with doing pacstrap /mnt base. I keep on getting errors like "error: libcap: signature from "Anatol Pomozov <anatol.pomozov@gmail.com>" is unknown trust.

I've tried everything from what I could search on here and it's still not fixing the issue. It seems like this was an issue earlier this year but shouldn't it be fixed on the lastest live cd?

Update 'archlinux-keyring' first and this error should go away.

didn't fix a thing. could it be that my cmos died after removing it to install libreboot?
