How to disable the wired interface (eth0) via NetworkManager

Hello everybody,

how can I disable the wired interface with NetworkManager when the system is connected via wireless connection?

In the context menu (right click on NM icon) I have the following options:

* Enable Networking
* Enable WI-FI

I miss a menu entry "Enable Wired Connection".

My /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf was empty, but after some searching in the internet I added the following:

[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=true

but it changed nothing.

I can disable the wired interface manually with

sudo ip link set eth0 down

but  how do I get the same result with NetworkManager?

Thanks in advance!
