Pokerth no more?

Hi all,
I just upgraded my system and cannot run pokerth anymore ;(

pokerth: error while loading shared libraries: libprotobuf.so.14: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looking for a solution, I read that pokerth needs a recompilation, but I noticed there's no package anymore:
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/comm … 4/pokerth/

I had a look in AUR, too, but with no luck.

Is there a chance to get back pokerth, at least in AUR? Why it has been removed from the community repo?

Thanks in advance for all of your help, bye bye smile

Re: Pokerth no more?

It used to be in the AUR, but because no-one was interested in maintaining it was never moved over during the AUR3/AUR4 migration.
The old PKGBUILDs can be found here...
https://github.com/aur-archive?utf8=%E2 … &language=

You could always upload it to the AUR yourself once you've checked the PKGBUILD's are still valid.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan
