Arch64 CD-install fails, "No operating system"

OK i've tried both downloading the base pacakges from the FTP server and the new 07/2006 Arch-64 .ISO install and both fail at the bio as its trying to load grub. 

"No operating system"

i have sda1 as root, sda2 as /.  installed grub into the mbr of sda.  said it installed fine.  what's going wrong?

Use lilo for now and help to find a fix.

cool thanks.  compiling now.  i have a new T43 arch 686 lappy sitting right here so i can hopefully help out.

ps btw thanks for making that .iso arch installer
