Hello so I'm a new arch lover user.On the setup i had some problems connecting to wifi and it took me like 4 retries to actuall install arch but with the help of the forums i did it.So i learned that the way u configure or start and stop etc...wifi is by using the netctl but before doing that u have to also configure wifi-menu.Now my problem...well its not really a problem...more like a annoyance...is that whenever i open wifi-menu(which is every boot)I will alawys get this glitched GUI showed in the image Image. Before i used to install the desktop gui when the arch was just a terminal it looked prefect but when im on a desktop envoirment this happens.I am currently using vani;;a 64 bit arch and kde plasma 5.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just ftr: You neither need wifi-menu nor netctl to configure your network.
This is however not related to wifi-menu but ncurses.

Claimed solution workaround is to
export TERM=xterm-colorEdit: for some weird reason your username makes me aggressive.

Thank you for the answer though but I found this it doesnt solve my problem...If i input my command in a terminal and open wifi-menu It will get fixed but if i open an other terminal i will have to input the command everytime for it to get fixed so do i have to change any condig files or something?

Hello KnownAsDon,
Regarding your issue, to make the change persistent, you can add the command suggested by seth to your .profile (that is the name of a file in your home directory) (See seth's post below). Assuming that you're using bash, you can read up more on this stuff here. Note however that as seth has rightfully said, this is not a solution to the problem but a temporary workaround.
Also have look at this to see the various methods of connection to a WAP and reconsider if running `wifi-menu` on every boot is a smart solution.

Since overriding TERM is a save way to all kinds of trouble, the ideal solution would be if you could restrict this to konsole, eg. by changing the command the profile runs from "/usr/bin/bash" to "/usr/bin/env TERM=xterm-color /usr/bin/bash"

So I found a solution...If you want this to be premant fixed you just open the bashrc file which should be localted at ~/.bashrc and just add the line that seth mentioned
export TERM=xterm-color
Hope i helped.
