Hi,
Is it just me or is it everyone?
Firefox crashes while re-arranging tabs with mouse each and every time.
Steps to re-poroduce:
1) Start firefox
2) Open at lest two tabs
3) Click on tab and drag to re-arrange.
4) ????
5) Profit ... no I mean crash!
Curiously, CTRL+SHIFT+PgUp / PgDown does not crash Firefox, instead the tab(s) are re-arranged as they should.
Edit: Forgot this:
$ pacman -Qs firefox
local/firefox 58.0.1-1
Standalone web browser from mozilla.org

I would try to refresh Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/re … d-settings
Note that this will remove your extensions, so maybe take a screenshot of your list of installed extensions (if you have any) first.

Thanks for your suggestion.
However, it still crashes. Even after moving ~/.mozilla away and starting as "clean" as I can, it still crashes!
(btw. this is on KDE / Plasma ... one thing I think I'll try is to create a fresh user. Perhaps some kind of GTK setting got hosed up .... )

Do you get any errors when this occurs if you launch firefox from a terminal?

No, I didn't get any sensible error messages. There was some output, but now that I tried (yet) again - it works! I didn't even do a reboot in between, and have still the same plugins as before.
So, the propblem surfaced and went away because of unkown reason. Marking as solved (for now at least).
