[solved] Maximized windows don't have title bars [Plasma]

After playing around with some plasma addons like Active Window Control (https://store.kde.org/p/998910) I removed them, since I din't like them all to much.
But somehow they must have changed plasma settings, so that the title bar isn't drawn, while windows are fullscreen.

Looked into the wiki to find out, what config file I could rename to find the misconfiguration, but unfortunately the wiki only says kde programs store their settings inside ~/.config.
Any help to find out more would be appreciated!

Edit: For all who might end up in this thread – I've found the option, after going through all config files in ~/.config

It is inside kwinrc

BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true --> false

Please mark the thread as solved and fyi: "fullscreen" windows are not supposed to have a titlebar, you mean "maximized" ones.
