gnucash and hbci card ... how to?

I read gnucash.org, aqbanking and other wikis. Everything they mention that is needed to make gnucash use a hbci card seems to be not available in comunities gnucash / aqbanking couble. aqhbci-tools are not there and gnucash menues have no tools / hbci wizard. I am stuck - how can I manage to get it done?
