xorg server does not start

Hi,
I have freshly installed arch with newest nvidia drivers. I installed also xorg. But when I try to start any graphical app (for example gedit, nvidia-settings or firefox) it shoots

Unable to init server: Could not connect: Connection refused

and cannot open display :0.0

What is the solve to this? I've searched everywhere and tried many things but all of them failed.

I didn't configure xorg, It also happens on normal user and I installed arch with liveusb

I have no graphical desktop, just a bash shell. I installed it as it is written on begginer's guide with grub as a bootloader. Precisely I use Alienware 15r3 laptop.

Try this (as your normal user):

startx /usr/bin/firefox

Most people prefer window managers though

It responds startx: command not found. What package does it use?
